Adding new capabilities and refreshing a major brand touchpoint

I was part of a major redesign to match a rebrand and add new features to make Citi competitive with other ATMs.

New Feature: Check Deposit

Adding a new feature meant blending legacy copy with new copy specific to check deposits. Reviewing legacy features illuminated opportunities to standardize copy. For example, there were inconsistencies in the cash deposit CTAs, so I was able to standardize all deposit CTA, across cash and checks, as “Deposit Now.”

Accessibility for Visually Impaired Users

Accessibility features for an ATM include a voiced version of each screen, which was part of my responsibility as the content designer. For every screen I worked on, I edited or created the script to go with it. As an example, on this success screen, a visually impaired user would hear the following:

Your deposit of 10 checks for $30,123.56 has been credited to Interest Checking.
